We raise Speckle Park cows (well known for their amazing marbling finished on grass), FREE of antibiotics, hormones AND grain! They’re fed grass in the summer and fodder in the winter – A.K.A Hydroponic grass (with some hay for required fiber). They are cell grazed through spring, summer and fall for the health benefits of the herd and the pasture!
